If you have an item that needs attention, please message us immediately via the email link below. It is important that you contact Zyl Tiny Homes FIRST before doing a repair OR hiring an outside service person. Many items in a Zyl Tiny Home are different than typical residential houses, and we will source an appropriately qualified person to do the repair. Please consult your original paperwork (contract) for your own particular warranty terms.

Purchased a Zyl Tiny Home?

If you have recently purchased one of our houses from a previous owner, please drop us a line and let us know! We like to keep track of where our houses have roamed, as well as meet the people who live in them. Also, it makes it easier for us to help you with any service or repairs later on.

Hauling Your Tiny Home

You should have received hauling instructions as part of buying a Zyl Tiny Home. Following those few simple guidelines will help you make the trip safely. If you cannot find them, or if you have ANY questions about how to properly prepare AND tow your Zyl Tiny Home, please contact us.
